Feature Request: Include App Package Name in Test Pack Execution

For improved tracking of test executions and the corresponding app versions, it would be highly beneficial to include the app package name in each test execution record.

This enhancement would make it easier to identify which application build was tested, reporting, and improve traceability across test runs.
